2David Maurice Panda-Noah replaced Edward A. Soluku as Minister of Internal Affairs on 7 May 2020.

3Abu Abu Koroma was suspended indefinitely on 10 May 2020. on 13 May 2020, Haja Isata Abdulai-Kamara, Resident Minister, North West, was named as Acting Resident Minister, North. He was restored as minister on 11 June 2020.

4Priscilla Schwartz was replaced as Attorney-General and Minister of Justice by Anthony Yiehwoe Brewah on 6 July 2020.

5Musa Timothy Kabba replaced Foday Rado Yokie as Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources on 27 July 2020, and Ann Marie Baby Harding replaced Evelyn Daphne Blackie as Deputy Minister.

6Dr Austin Demby replaced Dr Alpha Tejan Wurie as Minister of Health and Sanitation on 18 January 2021. Dr Wurie became Minister of Technical and Higher Education, replacing Prof. Aiah Gbakima.

7Dr. Turad Senesie replaced Dr. Denis Sandy as Minister of Lands, Housing and Country Planning on 18 January 2021.
